A/C Deep Clean & Ozone Odour Removal
A proper cabin and aircon hygiene treatment for vehicles with smells, bacteria build-up, stale air, mouldy vents or musty air conditioning. This is not just a quick spray. We use an ozone generator machine, a targeted foam clean through the vent system and an evaporator air-treatment release to clean the air path properly.
What is an A/C antibacterial treatment?
This service cleans and refreshes the air conditioning and cabin air system. It is designed for odour removal, hygiene improvement and cleaner-feeling airflow. The treatment combines three stages: ozone machine treatment, targeted foam cleaning through the vents, and an evaporator air-path treatment.
Ozone machine cycle
Main odour-removal stage. Circulates ozone (O₃) through the cabin and air system.
Vent foam clean
Foam cleaning solution is fed into the vent path using a cannula for targeted contact.
Evaporator air treatment
A controlled cabin air-treatment release is used to treat airflow and evaporator odour zones.
A damp or stale smell when the aircon starts is a common sign your vents and evaporator may need antibacterial cleaning.

What we do on site -
Cabin and vent inspection
We check the smell, airflow direction, vent condition and whether the odour appears when the aircon is first switched on, during recirculation or after the system has been running.
Ozone generator machine treatment
The ozone machine is placed inside the vehicle and run through a controlled cycle while the ventilation system circulates air. This allows ozone to move through the cabin and air path to neutralise odour-causing particles.
Vent foam cleaning via cannula
The system is recharged with the exact manufacturer-specified type and quantity of refrigerant. Pressures are balanced to ensure efficient operation, restoring strong, consistent cooling while protecting key components like the compressor.
Evaporator air-path treatment
We use a professional grade evaporator and cabin air treatment release to circulate cleaning agent through the cabin and air-conditioning system. This attacks the bacteria and dampness on the evaperator
Final airing and fragrance handover
The vehicle is ventilated after treatment. Where included, a complimentary 247Aircons branded air freshener is supplied. This adds a clean finish after the odour-neutralising stages are complete.
If a leak is found we explain repair options. Small seals and O-rings can often be fixed on site. Major repairs are quoted before work proceeds.
